Home Staging Interior Design is two fold. We prep the house physically, then we prep the house visually.
HOME STAGING INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULTATION:
We will walk through your entire home, garage area, and landscaped areas. We will address curb appeal, back yard appearance, and any deferred maintenance issues. You will receive a full written consultation, photos, and all our suggestions to help you get the MOST MONEY for your home, in the shortest possible time.
The average walk through will be approximately two hours and the complete written proposal and photos will be sent to you within the following 24 hours.
Our Consultation includes Photos and a Complete Write Up beginning at only $125. This fee can be credited back to you with a signed home staging design agreement if you choose for us to do the work for you.
OWNER OCCUPIED HOMES:
Each Home Staging Design proposal will consist of a detailed list of Interior Design recommendations that you, as the homeowner, can implement. Your proposal will also include OUR PRICE from Melbourne Home Staging for staging your home.
We quickly and effectively stage your home with freshening and decluttering all areas. We rearrange furniture placement for the best flow and highlight your square footage with special decor. We include the use of any additional furnishings and decor your home may need. Our price is a ONE TIME FEE and you have use of all our items for up to six (6) months from the install date.
VACANT HOME STAGING AND DESIGN:
We offer furniture and decor for vignette staging for the following areas:
We also review and add any "key" areas to this list depending on the layout and traffic flow of the home. Our price is a ONE TIME FEE and you have use of all our items for up to six (6) months from the install date. *Remember, vacant homes take twice as long to sell than a furnished home*

We also offer decorating services for your new home. For an additional $75 consultation fee, we will do a complete 60 minute walk through of your future home and help you with furniture placement, landscaping ideas and color selections.
